Gaggenau Home Chefs Culinary Series will be led by city's Michelin stars or award-winning chefs from renowned restaurants such as Nathan Green of newly opened HENRY Grill at Rosewood Hong Kong (CNN World’s Best Restaurant Openings of 2020), Lung Li of 1-Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant and celebrity stomping ground Duddell’s, Maxime Gilbert of 2-Michelin-starred contemporary French Ecriture, Agustin Balbi of newly opened restaurant Ando, and Ricardo Chaneton (awarded Best Rising Star by SCMP Top Tables 2020) of new modern French concept, MONO. As Chinese New Year is fast approaching, the Gaggenau Home Chefs Culinary Series premieres a brand new cooking demonstration videos feature 2 Michelin star chefs aspiring home chefs with festive dishes. Using state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, chefs demonstrate the preparation of restaurant-quality dishes that viewers and home chefs can try at home during the festivity. Dishes have included a classic Ah Yat Abalone by Adam Wong of 3-Michelin-starred Forum Restaurant, Braised fish maw, superior broth by Wong Wing Keung of 1-Michelin-starred Man Wah at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong.
