Adam Wong, the executive chef of Forum Restaurant and he is the apprentice of Master Yeung Koon-yat. Wong joined our team in 1992 with over 30 years of culinary experience. He is one of the respectable chefs in the industry and obtained a number of professional qualifications.

黃隆滔師傅1992 年加入富臨飯店,現為富臨飯店行政總廚,為楊貫一大師入室弟子,並獲得多個專業資格,包括酒店、旅遊及廚藝學院校友會大師級廚師支會主席、法國美食協會會員、法國藍帶美食協會會員、群生飲食技術人員協會理事、香港餐務管理協會會董、中華廚藝學院烹飪大師、澳門科技大學持教餐飲專業導師等。
