How to Make It
Step 1
Remove crab roe from live crab.
Step 2
Steam* crab then set aside.
Step 3
Beat together 3 egg white, 3 teal of milk with 3 teal of chicken broth. Season to taste. Steam* for 5 mins.
Step 4
Cook crab meat with some chicken broth. Thicken with corn starch then pour over steamed egg white.
Step 5
Poach vegetables place on side for garnish. Crab roe on top then serve.
