Steamed Fresh Red Crab with Plum and Chili Sauce

Ingredients

  • Plum - 4 taels
  • Garlic - 2 taels
  • Shallot - 1 taels
  • Red pepper - a few
  • Crystal sugar water - 3 taels
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Oyster sauce -1 teaspoon
  • Bean paste - 2 taels
  • Crab - 2 pcs

 

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine plum, garlic, shallot, red pepper, crystal sugar water, salt, oyster sauce and bean paste, stir to make spicy plum sauce

Step 2

Cover crab with spicy plum sauce and steam* for 10 minutes in steam oven, add a small amount of seasoned soy sauce for seafood to serve
