Baked Codfish with minced pork and egg

Recipe for 10 people

  • Egg - 8 pcs
  • Chicken soup - 14 taels 
  • Codfish - 10 taels
  • Minced Pork  - 4 taels
  • Garlic - 2 taels

How to Make It

Step 1

Deep fry garlic and fry minced pork

Step 2

Egg into chicken soup with a dash of salt and seasonings and steam for 10 minutes in steam oven

Step 3

Place codfish on steamed egg and add minced pork on top, pre-heat oven to 80 °C and bake for 5 minutes, add deep fried garlic to serve
