How to Make It
Step 1
Finely dice dried mushroom and BBQ pork.
Step 2
Mix tofu, egg, minced shrimp, diced mushroom, diced BBQ pork with corn starch. Season to taste.
Step 3
Mould the tofu mixture on a Chinese spoon then steam* for 6 mins.
Step 4
Removed steamed tofu from the spoon, pan fry until golden brown.
Step 5
Poach vegetables.
Step 6
Cook chicken broth with oyster sauce and sugar. Thicken with corn starch then pour over the golden tofu. Garnish with poached vegetables.
