  • Seabass ( 1 catty )
  • Bean Paste Sauce ( 1 Teal )
  • Hoisin Sauce ( 1 Teal )
  • Sesame Sauce ( 1 Teal )
  • Chu Hou Sauce ( 1 Teal )
  • Soya Sauce ( 1 Teal )
  • Water ( 8 Teal )
  • Garlic ( 5 Qian )
  • Shallot( 5 Qian )
  • Parsley ( 5 Qian )
  • Carrot ( 5 Qian )

How to Make It

Step 1

Blend garlic, shallot, parsley and carrot with water. Add in all the sauces and mix well.

Step 2

Marinate fish in the mixture.

Step 3

Bake* fish for 15 mins then serve.
