Gaggenau launches 400 & 200 series and Michelin Culinary Classes

To celebrate the launch of its latest 400 & 200 series professional kitchen appliances, Gaggenau is proud to have invited four Michelin starred restaurants Bo Innovation, Dong Lai Shun, The Principal and THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill to host a series of culinary classes.

Mr. Sven Schnee, the Head of Brand Gaggenau, flew from Germany to unveil the latest masterpieces of Gaggenau to Hong Kong market. The latest 400 & 200 series with the most stylish and sculptural appearances, as he introduces, transfer complicated cooking techniques into simple touches, while ensuring the best flavors.

On the official launch, Gaggenau invited over 20 media to a dedicate lunch, where the four Michelin starred chefs, Chef Alvin Leung of Bo Innovation, Chef Chan Kwok Keung of Dong Lai Shun, Chef Jonay Armas of The Principal and Chef Calvin Choi of THE STEAK House winebar + grill, each presented a signature dish from the restaurant with the latest 400 & 200 series kitchen appliances.
