Stir-fried Sliced Lamb with Fermented Bean Curd and Spring Onion

  • Garlic - 1 tael 
  • Scallion  - 8 taels 
  • Fermented bean curd  - 3 pcs 
  • Lamb chop - 8 pcs 
  • Oyster sauce - ½ teaspoon 
  • Sugar - ½ teaspoon 

How to Make It

Step 1

Squish and stir fermented bean curd

Step 2

Fry lamp chop to half done

Step 3

Stir in garlic and scallion in heat wok and stir fry with fermented bean curd, add lamp chop, ½ teaspoon of oyster sauce and ½ teaspoon of sugar.
