Ingredients 成分

  •  Salmon 150g 三文魚150
  • Scallop 2pc 帶子2

    Shrimp 2pc 2

    Sake 日本清酒

    Salt

    Egg

    Dried konbu 乾昆布

    Ponzu 柚子酢

    Lemon 檸檬

Method 做法

  1. Dip dried konbu into warm water till it gets soft 將乾昆布放入溫水中浸至軟身

  2. Mix up Sea salt 1kg, 2 egg whites n add little of sake 1公斤海鹽及兩隻蛋白混合,加入少許日本清酒備用

  3. Wraps all the seafoods with konbu  將所有海鮮用昆布包裹好

  4. cover with 2 over 3 (2)舖於(3)上

  5. Oven 200c 15-20 minutes it depends how much you put 放進焗爐以攝氏200度焗15-20 分鐘
