Fish15g/person 魚肉每位15克
Fish cake a slice/person 魚片每位1件
Mushroom a bit 蘑菇少量
Lite soy sauce 生抽
Hondashi fish powder 柴魚粉
Mirin 味醂
Method 做法
mix hot water 400cc n hondashi 5g 將5克柴魚粉與400cc熱水拌勻
when 1 cools down, put lite soy sauce 8g, mirin 10-12g 待(1)冷卻後加入生抽8克及味醂10-12克
beats 2 L size egg then go through strainer 將2隻大雞蛋打勻並用網過濾
3 into 2 little by little n mix up nicely 將(3)加入(2)中拌勻
set up all the ingredients on bowls n put 4 in 將所有食材放入碗中,再加入蛋漿
into 92c steamer 8-10 minuets 將雞蛋放進蒸爐以攝氏92度蒸8-10分鐘
