Method 做法

  1. mix hot water 400cc n hondashi 5g 5克柴魚粉與400cc熱水拌勻

  2. when 1 cools down, put lite soy sauce 8g, mirin 10-12g 待(1)冷卻後加入生抽8克及味醂10-12

  3. beats 2 L size egg then go through strainer 2隻大雞蛋打勻並用網過濾

  4. 3 into 2 little by little n mix up nicely 將(3)加入(2)中拌勻

  5. set up all the ingredients on bowls n put 4 in 將所有食材放入碗中,再加入蛋漿

  6.  into 92c steamer 8-10 minuets 將雞蛋放進蒸爐以攝氏92度蒸8-10分鐘
