Embark on a culinary voyage with Gaggenau to discover the culinary secrets of Michelin Three-starred ‘Chef of the Century’ Paul Bocuse. This time, we will experience the gastronomy of Paul’s hometown – Lyon.
Class will be taught by Federico Duarte, Executive Chef and General Manager of Le restaurant-ecole Institut Paul Bocuse Shanghai. Program is specially designed for Le French GourMay 2014 with its focus on the Lyone and Rhone regions.
