The KI CLUB Membership Programme (the “Programme“) is managed by Kitchen Infinity Corp. Limited (“Kitchen Infinity“). The Programme commenced on 31st October 2025 and shall continue until Kitchen Infinity terminates the Programme. The Programme involves earning KI Points (“Points“) and using Points to redeem various rewards (“Rewards“).
1. KI CLUB Membership is non-transferable. Kitchen Infinity reserves the right to terminate any Member’s membership in its sole discretion without giving reasons.
2. Kitchen Infinity Holdings Limited reserves the right to:
– Adjust Welcome Points allocations with 30 days’ notice;
– Freeze accounts suspected of fraudulent point claims;
– Make final decisions on all membership disputes.
3. Points Earning
3.1 Points are earned on net spending (after discounts) at Kitchen Infinity’s official showrooms of Gaggenau, Poggenpohl, Molteni&C, dealers are not included.
3.2 Points Accrual Rates:

Example for point calculation, including welcome points (see Point 4):
Gold Tier:
- Spent $203,000 à 200 points + welcome gift 10 points = Total 210 points
Platinum Tier:
- Spent $800,500 à 1,600 points + welcome gift 50 points = Total 1,650 points
Diamond Tier:
- Spent $1,506,000 à 4,500 points + welcome gift 100 points = Total 4,600 points
3.3 All Points (including Welcome Points) are non-transferable between members or accounts.
3.4 Points may only be redeemed by the registered member and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Welcome Points
4.1 New members receive one-time Welcome Points upon tier qualification:

5. Referral Program
Members earn Points for successful referrals who complete a purchase:
Points will be awarded for successfully referring a new customer.
The referral is only considered successful once the referred customer has completed a purchase and the sale is finalized.

6. Membership Expiration
6.1 All KI CLUB membership tiers will automatically expire upon reaching their designated expiration date.

6.2 No prior notice will be provided before expiration.
6.3 All unused points and unredeemed benefits will be forfeited immediately upon expiration, but points are eligible for extension via any purchase made after the expiry date, and members can extend their membership tier by meeting the required spending within a specified period. Please refer to point 7 for details.
6.4 Members must requalify through standard spending thresholds to rejoin expired tiers. Please refer to point 7 for details.
7. Membership Extension
7.1 Platinum Tier and Diamond Tier members may extend their membership for 2 additional years by achieving the following within the specified period:

8. Membership Card (Web Application)
Members (except Diamond Tier) will not be issued a physical membership card and the web application will serve as a virtual membership card, containing details such as current Points balance.
9. Final interpretation and decisions regarding all rewards rest solely with Kitchen Infinity.
10. Rewards:
10.1 All Rewards are exclusive to KI CLUB members.
10.2 Members use the KI CLUB web application to redeem Rewards such as gift cards and physical gifts.
10.3 Via the web application, Members may redeem Points for gift cards which can be used at Kitchen Infinity’s official showrooms of Gaggenau, Poggenpohl and Molteni&C. Dealers are not included. All gift cards will have a specified expiry date and time. All gift cards are not issued against payment of money, do not have any cash value, and are not exchangeable for cash.
10.4 If a Member does not collect a Reward by the specified expiry date and time, both the corresponding Points and the uncollected Reward will be forfeited.
10.5 If a Member redeems a Reward and subsequently cancels the redemption, the corresponding Points will be forfeited.
10.6 Rewards cannot be transferred to other Members and non-members.
10.7 Members may redeem and collect physical gifts at specified Kitchen Infinity’s official showrooms. Members must present their virtual membership card within the web application or physical card to collect physical gifts. Members may also collect physical gifts directly at the relevant Kitchen Infinity’s collection points. Members are responsible for checking the gift at the time of collection.
10.8 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kitchen Infinity shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by use of the Rewards or any product quality, warranty or suitability issues relating to the gifts. Any queries or disputes in relation to Rewards shall be referred to the original supplier or manufacturer directly, and Kitchen Infinity will not be responsible for any such queries or disputes.
11. Gift Card
11.1 Validity: The digital gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance. Any unused balance will be forfeited upon expiration.
11.2 Initial Use: The digital gift card is not active for redemption at the point of sale in the transaction during which it is purchased. The card will be activated and may be used for the purchase of goods in any subsequent transaction.
11.3 Restrictions (Not Valid for):
– Cash redemption, credit, or balance refunds under any circumstances.
– The payment of associated service fees, including but not limited to installation, maintenance, or delivery charges.
– Use in conjunction with any other ongoing promotional offers, discounts, or schemes unless explicitly stated.
11.4 Redemption Policy: The digital gift card must be presented at the time of purchase. No partial redemptions or cash refunds for any unused portion will be provided.
11.5 Non-Transferability & Monetary Value
– The reward is non-transferable and must be claimed by the registered member in whose name the membership account is held.
– There is no cash alternative, and the reward cannot be exchanged for other products or services, nor can it be combined with other promotions.
12. Michelin Chef Cooking Masterclass
12.1 Redemption is subject to availability based on the published masterclass schedule.
12.2 Upon successful redemption through the app, members are required to collect the corresponding physical letter from an official showroom. For cooking classes, advance registration is mandatory and can be completed through our showroom staff.
12.3 Each redemption entitles the member to one (1) station in the masterclass. Redeemed member may be accompanied by one person to share a cooking station. Kitchen Infinity reserves the final right to allocate the cooking stations.
12.4 The experience is non-transferable. Attendance is permitted only for the registered member and one (1) pre-designated guest per booking.
12.5 Once a session is booked, no cash alternative, refund, or rescheduling will be permitted.
12.6 The Masterclass provides a “Farm-to-Table” experience, which comprises: a guided tour of the aerial garden by a Michelin-starred chef; the harvesting of fresh edible flowers and herbs; instruction on preparing two gourmet dishes; and concludes with participants enjoying their own culinary creations.
12.7 Cancellation & Changes
– Members must provide a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice to cancel a booked masterclass.
– Transfers to other Masterclass sessions are not permitted after registration.
– Kitchen Infinity reserves the sole and absolute discretion to decide whether a course proceeds, is postponed, or cancelled, should the scheduled chef be unavailable or if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted within four hours of the course’s start time. The course may be conducted by the scheduled chef or a substitute chef, and participants will be notified accordingly.
12.8 General Masterclass Terms
– Photography: Personal, non-commercial photography is permitted. Commercial use of images or video without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
– Liability:
– Kitchen Infinity shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the redemption letter.
– Participants are solely responsible for their personal safety and the security of their belongings during the Masterclass. Kitchen Infinity assumes no liability in this regard.
– A person who is not a party to this redemption letter shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) of Hong Kong law to enforce any of its terms.
13. General
– Kitchen Infinity reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with 30 days’ prior notice to members.
– If a member’s status lapses or is terminated before the reward is redeemed, the reward will be forfeited immediately.
14. Redemption Process
14.1. Members will receive redemption instructions and notifications exclusively through the official KI CLUB Web Application.
15. Program Administration
15.1 Kitchen Infinity reserves the sole right to:
– Substitute any reward with an item or experience of equal or greater value.
– Modify, suspend, or terminate the reward program or any part thereof without prior notice.
– Make final determinations regarding all matters of reward eligibility, interpretation of terms, and allocation.
– Allocate rewards on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.
– Restrict the use of rewards in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
16. Liability
16.1. Kitchen Infinity shall not be held liable for:
– Any inability to access, use, or redeem rewards due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., force majeure events, technical failures).
