GAGGENAU MASTERCLASS RECIPE -SEAFOOD BIBIMBAP

SEAFOOD BIBIMBAP

Ingredients (Serve: 1)

Uni 20g

Snow Crab Meat 15g

Flounder 30g

Sweet Prawn 4pcs

Cabbage 50g

White Kimchi 30g

Cucumber 50g

 


Perilla Leave 10g

Seaweed 15g

Soy Sauce

Fish Sauce

Sesame Oil

Plum Juice

Rice Vinegar

How To Cook: 

1. Peel the sweet prawn and soak it into the soy sauce for 20mins and season with Korean chili seasoning.

2.Steam the snow crab and cool down, separate the crab meat from the shell.

3.Slice the flounder, season with salt, spring onion, sesame oil.

4.Cut the perilla leave and soak it into the water to keep it refreshed.

5.Slice the cucumber, cure it with salt and sugar. Afterward season it with vinegar, plum juice, fish sauce.

6.Slice the white kimchi and cabbage thinly.

7.Boil the seaweed for around 3mins, wash with water to remove slime. Stir-fry with little bit of oil, leek, fish sauce, sesame oil.

8.Collect all the ingredient prepared, place them on the plate tidily.

Rice sauce

1. Put the fish sauce, sesame oil, plum juice, rice vinegar in the mixing ball. Mix them well with whisk.
