Job Description
At Kitchen Infinity, the sales team is the engine that drives the consumer reach of our home furnishing solutions including appliances, cabinets, home furniture etc. We’re seeking a qualified sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills. The ideal candidate has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for team members who have strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a candidate who has a sharp mind and ability to build and maintain high-performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Director in managing and expanding retail and dealer sales activities.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s global reach.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
- Ensure that company quotas are met and to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Identifying emerging customers to find new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachler’s Degree holder or higher.
- Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience with a track record of success, including managing the entire sales process from planning to closing.
- Experience in building materials, and strong connections with designers and architects (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Superb leadership and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving under pressure.
