In light of the latest home cooking lifestyle trend, Gaggenau, the leading German luxury brand for professional-grade home appliances since 1683, has joined forces with the city’s top chefs to launch the very first Gaggenau Home Chefs Culinary Series 2020. It is a remarkable new series of premium video master classes and demonstrations by these amazing chefs using state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. Through the newly launched video series, Gaggenau will help home chefs elevate their culinary skills to the next level.

Gaggenau Home Chefs Culinary Series 2020 is being led by 13 Michelin stars or award-winning chefs from renowned restaurants such as Maxime Gilbert of 2-Michelin-starred contemporary French restaurant, Ecriture, Daniel Calvert of French restaurant, BELON (1 Michelin star and #4 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2020), Boonyapat Pariyasakul of 1-Michelin-starred fine Thai, Aaharn, Lung Li of 1-Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant Duddell’s, David Lai of Hong Kong foodie favourite bistro Neighborhood (#19 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2020), and Nathan Green of American grill and steakhouse HENRY at Rosewood Hong Kong (CNN World’s Best Restaurant Openings of 2020). The star-studded roster of chefs also includes Ricardo Chaneton (awarded Best Rising Star by SCMP Top Tables 2020) of new modern French concept, MONO, as well as Agustin Balbi of newly opened restaurant Ando and many more.
Class Schedule
Starting from 8th May, each of the 13 chefs will showcase their signature dishes on the cooking demonstration videos on every Friday at 12:00 noon.
