Jay Khan

Jay Khan went to Melbourne in 2009 to work at the Alchemist and Emerald Peacock bars before coming back to HK to lead the team at Lily & Bloom. A fan of mezcal and tequila, he was in his element at Agave before he opened Post 97. After stints at Galaxy Macau and Wynn Palace Cotai, Khan returned to lead the bar at Foxglove and to become group beverage manager over Ming Fat House, Mrs. Pound, and Dr. Ferns Gin Parlour. Now Jay is the bar owner of COA – an artisanal cocktail bar inspired by Oaxacan culture.
