24 Special Master Classes and Cooking Demonstration to be Hosted throughout the Year Utilising Gaggenau’s State-of-the-Art Kitchen Appliances
The German leading luxury brand for professional-grade home appliances, Gaggenau, has dominated the industry since 1683 with innovative products that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship, functionality and durability. To celebrate Kitchen Infinity Holdings Limited (the sole distributor for Gaggenau in Hong Kong and Macau)’s 30th anniversary in Hong Kong, the brand will introduce a much expanded Gaggenau Culinary Artisans, a remarkable new series of premium master classes & demonstrations that equip the city’s top chefs with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. Through the programme, Gaggenau will help home chefs take their culinary skills to the next level.
Gaggenau Culinary Masterclass 2018 – 2019
The first program, the Gaggenau Culinary Masterclass, includes a total of 12 cooking classes that are special hands-on sessions for 14 students per class at KI Island South Galleria in Wong Chuk Hang. At KI Island South Galleria, guests will be able to work at individual cooking stations that are perfect for groups of up to 14 guests. Classes will be led by renowned chefs from award-winning restaurants such as Nicolas Boutin of the 1-Michelin starred French restaurant Epure, Daniel Calvert of Belon (#40 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List), Agustin Balbi of HAKU (voted as Top 20 Restaurants of Hong Kong & Macau by Hong Kong Tatler), Sing Lee of Mott 32, Uwe Opocensky of Restaurant Uwe and many more. Through the class, students can learn hands-on from renowned Chefs of Hong Kong.

Gaggenau Culinary Theatre 2018 – 2019
The second program, Gaggenau Culinary Theatre, will include 12 sessions of demonstrations hosted for 14 students at KI Cubus in Causeway Bay. A showroom where heritage meets innovation, KI Cubus provides an unforgettable kitchen experience that spurs creativity and ignites passion. Equipped with state-of-the-art Gaggenau appliances, the space will be the perfect backdrop for celebrated chefs like Arron Rhodes of Gough’s On Gough, Andrea Viglione of Pici, Nicholas Chew of Bibo, Leung Fai Hung of Hoi King Heen and more to showcase their masterful culinary skills.
