Krug’s Rock Pepper Scissors’ campaign organized at Boffi DePadova Studio was a huge success! Five Hong Kong Krug Ambassade Chefs have participated in this remarkable gastronomic adventure, showcased interpretations of how peppers can pair with a glass of Krug Champagnes in 5 creative and delightful pepper-inspired recipes. All guests enjoyed the typically pairs with peppers and each course has also demonstrated how different kinds of pepper can seamlessly pair with Krug Grande Cuvée and Krug Rosé.

The Artisanal flour cooking show organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce was a massive success last week. It is grateful to have taken our gastronomic eminence to new heights with the arrival of Master Baker Giuliano Pediconi, the winner of Richemont Trophy to perform culinary skills and shared his handmade focaccia bread with our guests.

In collaboration with The General Consulate of Italy, we have hosted a wildly successful of “The Masterclass with Chefs” at Boffi De Padova Studio at Lee Garden Three. The renowned Baker Giuliano Pediconi, the winner of Richemont Trophy and a consultant for flour production and development of new baking machinery, has shown some culinary skills to Hong Kong pastry chefs who are looking for ways to take their cooking to the next level.
