Gaggenau is happy to present the holiday season special- Institut Paul Bocuse Christmas Culinary Programme at our state-of-the-art culinary studio!

Taught by Federico Duarte, Executive Chef and Director of Institut Paul Bocuse Asia, the half day programme is specially designed for the festive season.

Participants will not only gain hands-on experience of the authentic French Christmas cuisines, but also learn the essence of French savoir-vivre with Heather & March.
